I haven't gotten around to the current season of Ted Lasso, and like you, after a couple of episodes of Succession, Season 1, I let it go. I hope you're not spoiled for this season of Succession! There was a plot twist a few episodes in that I was dying to talk about the next day. I was very annoyed when my friends who also watch the show told me they hadn't seen it yet.

That's an interesting perspective on love bombing! I'd wondered if there were certain personality types that would feel more prone to that kind of behavior, and ADHD hyperfixation makes total sense. I agree--that wasn't my ex's particular issue (😜) but I can also appreciate that maybe it's not always a totally bad thing!
I LOVE SUCCESSION but have always wondered if it's a bingeable show. It feels like each episode is kind of a riff on the same theme of being super hung up on the intricacies of corporate governance in a way that only works when you have a 7-day break in between.
Yeah, I agree with you on Succession. The most I've done is two episodes in a row, and that felt like more than enough. That was almost a week ago. So I doubt I will catch up but it's kind of fun to try.
